Graham and his team were incredibly insightful, helpful, and responsive in helping us find the perfect fit for my mother and on an expedited schedule. He set up and guided us on a tailored series of tours based on our initial understanding of what we wanted and then on the day of as our understanding of what our needs were improved, he expertly tailored the tour schedule on the fly to make sure we weren't seeing things that wouldn't be a fit.  I very much appreciated the depth of his experience as he drove us around and at lunch. Their kindness and empathy throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. Janice helped our family find a wonderful facility for our father, one that is safe, providing quality care and support for our family.
